you came to do it to me then leave...
you left me/wanting/you in every way my imagination stretching my inspiration soaring my body aching making it harder/to let go
damn you for touching me/like that for k/needing me/like that for fucking/wanting me/like that then leaving me/like this
now i am just confused about me wanting us fucking you leaving
(best) you came (laid) to do it to me (plans) then leave?

For many years, I have read various articles discussing the power of physical touch to provide all kinds of benefits from faster growth in premature babies to improved immune systems and accelerated wound healing. In fact, when we are first born, touch is one of our most highly developed senses. As we and our other senses mature, it seems we lose some of that instinctual ability to give and receive through touch. Given its potentially beneficial effects, shouldn’t we be trying to maintain and continue to develop our sense of touch as we get older? |

I am like a book waiting to be opened to the right page
put your hand/s on one or two sheets lay them flat feel the softness/coolness
run your finger down the spine fingers up the seam slowly
trace a shape big words or little letters
making up stories about ways lovers can please one another fantasies/wishes come true screams are made orgasms are felt
don't close it just yet pages fluttering brushing fanning out...
set me on the nightstand pick me up when you want a good read have you found your sensual metaphor? |

I started dancing because I loved how it made my body feel. I started dancing because I am moved to dance by music. I keep dancing because of these same reasons. It can even be a workout but somehow it’s not like work… Samba, salsa, flamenco, yoga, jazz, modern, hiphop – the dance and movement styles I have incorporated intothe sensual movementplayshopsare based in a common sensual flavor that appreciates and acknowledges a woman’s curves and feminine nature. These movements celebrate women and how we feel as feminine beings moving in the world. |
